Availability

Products shown on our website are stocked in Australia by Mobile-Solar (product codes beginning with T or H) or a distributor (according to information made available to Mobile-Solar). Items stocked by Mobile-Solar are normally shipped within one day and stock is managed electronically on the website, other items are normally shipped within one week subject to availability from the distributor. We cannot guarantee the supply of a particular colour or style of battery, antenna or case even where variants are available, and we reserve the right to substitute a product of equivalent or greater value.

Shipping Policy

Shipments may be split and/or sent from different points of origin. Shipping costs are based on averaged costs based on the displayed rounded weight estimates calculated from the greater of volumetric and gravimetric weight for the typical size, weight and packaging of the class of product. Shipment is normally made within two business days of payment and you will be advised of delays or backorders of more than ten business days. Business days are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays in South Australia, the place of origin and the place of dispatch. Additional delays of up to a week can be expected over the summer holidays - so order early for Christmas!

Our policy is to avoid double shipping where possible by shipping direct to you from the point of origin or import and this is likely to occur when the item codes start with different letters indicating different suppliers. By operating this way you pay only the shipping charge we levy and no component is included in the price for storage in or shipping to our warehouses. This allows us to offer discount pricing and also reduces any applicable taxes and duties.

Taxes and Duties

On interstate/international shipments duties and/or taxes may be levied on a shipment depending on their destination and origin. On intrastate shipments of warehoused product any taxes and duties that may be levied will be absorbed by us and offset against savings on shipping.

We recommend you print your order verification page and retain it as a receipt. We advise our customers to take out insurance and can accept no liability for damage or loss where the offer of insurance was not accepted and no premium was paid. For solar panels courier is strongly recommended.
